What do you think?
In a recent reading for a class I was particulary astounded by the researchers findings that strong leaders don't spend a lot of time finding and researching new ideas to improve the school. These ideas tend to come from the administrator's teachers. Good leaders use these ideas and impower their teachers to help create the change the school needs. Do you think this a good practice for leaders? Why or why not?
